my first working experience :)
at the age of 15, i work at a restaurant as a waiter. it is a tough job for a 15 years old kid. i've to take order, serve people, clean the glasses, take the bill and many more things. the best part is my wages is only 10 dollar a day. the boss is really stingy. my friends and i always curse our boss.haha she asked us to stay in front of the gate to wait for customer. crazy! nobody done that before! i work they for a month if i not mistaken. it gives me a new experience on how to face and handle people. different people have different attitude. this is what they called the "soft skill" 
so u need different method or different ways to handle the different customer. whoever have done this job before must know what i am talking about
